Report by Jerome Kuseh for GhanaDecides.com With barely seven hours to go till the voting process begun, queues started forming in some polling stations in the country. People started queuing as early as 7:30 pm yesterday, 6 December. Polling stations in Nungua, Taifa, Achimota and Madina have seen people form queues in anticipation of voting tomorrow. Some of the prospective voters in Nungua who were interviewed on television said they wanted to ensure that the process went smoothly, so that the peace of the nation would be preserved. This development may be an indication that the election would see a heavy turnout. Election 2012, GhanaDecides, voting |
